This month I had a lot of ridiculously horrible video footage. I'm not entirely sure what I was doing when filming. so my apologies in advance for the shake and the quick clips. Songs are Beatles - Come Together and One Republic the Good Life. Here's the link to youtube for those who can't get it to work here.

Miami of Ohio Of Course
The other day we went to Homecoming at Miami. It was so warm in the sun that we thought it would be warm in at Yager. Sadly it was NOT really. Additionally we were very sad to learn they didn't sell beer inside for some reason I think last time we went they did. We had a good time despite these two minor snafus. PS sorry my photos are sideways I swear I rotated them in Photoshop. Stupid computer.
I appreciate that not all signs of the Redskin are gone.
Jono and I were all kinds of decked out in our Miami gear
Not sure if you can see my ex-roommate Syklia out there but she's going to Miami now and she's will be preforming at the Macy's Day Parade with the band.
And one more just to prove that we did watch the football game.6.18.2011
Chris visits the Midwest (Da Weekend Part 3)
Here it is the next weekend and I'm still blogging about last weekend. Well thus is life sometimes.
Anyhow I got up extra early after our night out and like Speedy Gonzalez or Duff the cafe guy decorated a Penguin cake so I could jet to Dayton to pick up JJ and Chris. This was Chris's first time to the Midwest for the first time this weekend (well aside from Chi-Town and probably airport layovers). I think he might have been surprised about how flat everything was. And he didn't even get to see the real serious flatness since we didn't have time for a trip to Indy. But we took him to lots of the spots we grew up including what used to be under the water tower and the cannon in Oxford. We also saved someone in the parking lot at Walmart which is just so Midwesterner. We had Jay's slushies, ice cream from UDF and grilled out at moms. And we even somehow managed to figure out how to get 8 people up and ready for church at 9 with one bathroom - hello awesomeness of big families. As always it was so good to spend time with our crew and it made me wish it was family vacation time in July already. Anyhow enough ramble let's get to some pictures...

I think I have mentioned that we keep disguises in my car because you never know when you are going to need to hide yourself in a crowd or go on the lamb - well this is one of them. This is my alter-ego Jane.
Here we are riding an un-proportional cow.
JJ disguised as well JJ of 14 years ago. (These glasses were his once upon a time and I'm certain he would like us to stop playing with them).
Super Jones & Coers at Walmart here we are helping these people out. Look at Chris working hard jumping this car. (Oh wait we only let them borrow my jumper cables from my car - which mind you had never been used).
I love this photo of JJ and Chris (to the Wall!)
Oh and Max was there too.
Chris having some skyline chili
JJ and I joining him.
Chris and I staged some scenes for people of walmart while picking up last minute party supplies. (This is where JJ pretended he didn't know us and probably rightly so).
Look at how helpful my cables were we got this that lady in the flip flops home.
Me and JJ (this is almost a cute photo aside from my sweaty armpits and those hairs of mine that feel like kicking it sideways).
And here we are doing the JJ. Which is a photo where you cock your head and look at someone.
Proof we went to Liberty.
I don't know why but I liked this photo. At some adventure or function I'm going to take all my photos from the ground even if people don't have heads.
We did a series of timer shots in the square in Oxford - sadly most of them look like this. Half of us have narcolepsy.
Hands are misplaced.
Someone looks annoyed forgetting this is fun!
Or I just spoil it. Oh well.
Lita say thumbs up!
Despite the over exposure of this photo I like this one so I couldn't not include it in the set.
The final installment of Da Weekend Recap coming soon.

Bits of Da Weekend
I wanted to make this a BIG post about da weekend, but work plus travel got in the way so to tide you over I thought I'd share some snaps. Oh and in other big news I took more photos on the SLR then my iPhone (perhaps it's back baby).
Here's a few snippets before the BIGGIE...

Downsized
This weekend we downsized Momo into a new rental. Basically she now has 1/2 the amount of space before. She also had to say goodbye to her washer/dryer, pantry, and garage. But sometimes you need to give up things you enjoy to gain more things you'll enjoy - like she is so much closer to her friends and work. She'll be able to have people over for dinner and sleep in later in the day. She can also join the Rec center which she's been wanting to do - won't that be a blessing. Anyhow we packed her all up and moved her to the new place. We recruited some old friends to help too. As usual a good time was had, but I am glad that this is the last time that the Jones and Co Movers will be moving Momo for a while :o).
Momo - here's to hoping you can enjoy your new pad - I think it's going to be awesome for you even if it's just short term.
And now for some photos...
We ordered pizza for lunch (you gotta feed the help).
Jono doing some heavy lifting.
Jesse came to help (once upon a time like 18 years ago I used to babysit him and he was Jono's first friend in Indiana - I don't think I'd seen him in 10 years it was so awesome he was able to help).
This is how you drive a U-HAUL.
Not like this.
And this is the ONLY photo of me taken all weekend - anyone one know which foot is mine?
Momo is such a hoot - she keeps us in stitches - FYI this is not a hat.
Jono, Momo, and Jesse-o - in front of Momo's new place.
Oh and there's a photo of Jesse's girl too Ashlee it was great to meet her and hang out with her as well.
Last post of October - sorry I missed a few days but sometimes you just can't blog everyday. More adventures soon but first I'm going to spend a few days at home and I might even work on the list Jono wrote up for me.

And Lita makes 5
Union County Graduates that is! WTG Lil Schreve! We are so proud of you. We were glad to celebrate you and the whole Jones and Co family this weekend, a few snaps from the graduation.
Lita and Jono (FYI you can see the football field where the boys once played ball, and Lita marched behind them)
