Hey guess what I just noticed...

My blog had a birthday earlier this month. What fun I now have a whole year of my ramblings.

10 Items on My Scrapbook Table - Tuesday 10

I was going to write a list about the criminal who was arrested in my backyard last night. But I'm running low on creativity and I'm tired tonight so if you see me you'll just have to ask about that. Here's today's list all about the mess on my Scrapbook table.
10 Items on My Scrapbook Table:
  1. An Unopened Package from Janelle
  2. A box of adhesive from Oriental Trading
  3. A stack of goodies for Jeanne
  4. Goodies for this weekends crop
  5. Scrap paper that needs to be filed in with it's friends.
  6. Assorted magazines I haven't reviewed yet.
  7. Valentines
  8. My tin of Pressed Pennies (If you have a good idea about how I might be able to make these into a mini book or display them some how let me know?)
  9. Random Stuff from the $1 store.

Jones and Co Rides again...

Jonathan, Lita and I took off for Cincinnati yesterday. We saw many sites here's handful of the photos we snapped along the way.

Outside the Cincinnati Museum Center
Inside the museum center I don't know why but I just found this poster a hoot.
On a Riverboat? I love this shot even though you can barely see me.
It wouldn't be a Jones tradition unless we snapped a few photos from the car while driving. Here's Yum Yum's I love their slogan.
Yet another Jones and Co tradition. Feet Photos, here we have our feet in Newport Kentucky.
I love this photo even though we are mostly hidden in the shadows.
An action shot. Jonathan looks a little scared of this jump.
I wish my tulips looked like this.
Cincinatus - of course we couldn't not visit him in our tour of Cincinnati.
Here we are at the Reds Game the photos Jonathan took at the game I think were better than mine but oh well.
Batter Up. I can't tell who this is but my guess since Lita took most of the photos it's Ryan Freel or Adam Dunn.
Here Jonathan and I are in our twinness. We got matching Reds shirts - aren't they the coolest?

Jonathan a few links for you re the flood, Click here, here and here, I didn't look to far into it but this is what my quick google search turned up.

It's Friday!

Wehoo! I'm so glad that Friday has come around it's been a long busy week and I think more busyness to come next week. But one week from today I will get to see some of my favorite BFFs! :D

And super fun planned for this weekend as Jonathan is home from Florida and we are going to get together and do some fun stuff tomorrow I can't wait!

Thoughts and Prayers

Sending thoughts and prayers to my friend Jill and her family. Jill's mom passed away today after a long struggle with kidney disease.

Meet the K-Uglies!

This is what I made yesterday. I also have some more in the works as well. I'm calling them all K-Uglies since I made them. They are super simple and you don't have to be a perfectionist which fits me to a T.

Meet - Fannie "Five" K-Ugly.
I like this semi-octopus body style a lot.
Gina K-Ugly
Gina was once upon a time a ballerina if you can't tell by the tutu.
And last but not least...
Clive K-Ugly

Ugly Dolls

I've seen these "Ugly Dolls" around a lot lately in fact some kid had one at the airport Thursday. And I just thing some of them are so not ugly and so cute. And Red Velvet Art did a challenge to make your own recently so of course now I want to make some. So I'm going to get Jay to take me to the craftstore before or after our date this afternoon so I can get me some fun supplies! Look out a ugly doll might be coming your way!

If you haven't seen these any where here's some links to some of them - Rocketworld sells them here, personalize yourself a Bumbi, various shapes and sizes available at Rock Candy, and last but not least the official ugly site.

Another DC Adventure

JJ and I went out to dinner tonight and on the way we stopped by the Air Force memorial (one of the few memorials in DC we'd never been too). It's a coolio memorial, with the smoke trails that go up in the sky.

Just for fun. We took a few reflection pictures. Sorry it's so dark it was actually dark and rainy.

An Easter Miracle!

My flight was early today! Can you believe that? I couldn't myself but it was. I then made it in record time from Baltimore to DC in like 30 minutes so I stopped by and saw the cherry blossoms most of them have blown off or died because of the cold. After my quick walk in DC I headed out to Vienna. Once there I took a much needed nap.

I've just eaten my easter dinner life ceral. It was very yummy and now I might take another nap. Happy Easter!

Here's a few snaps from today.

Me and the blossoms.

Jefferson Memorial and some blossoms.

Washington Monument and some tulips. It's too sad but the best shots I got were of the tulips.

And one from yesterday. Egg Dying at Mom's

The Easter Bunny Stopped By...
