Remember when I said I hated running? Well I still hate it. The end of 2012 was horrible effort towards my running goals for 2012. I didn't lose much stride in the time category as my miles still seem consistent but I lost it all together in the actual "doing it" category.
But I am going to try again in 2013. I just reset my Nike app. I set a goal to run and walk 700 hundred miles! yes 700. this should be easy right?
This is where it starts. I am going to "just do it" mile one starts tomorrow as I am going to walk 30 blocks to the office before work and then run after work. Ready. Set. Go.
